Refunds & Returns Policy

At F5 Farm LLC d/b/a F5 Farm (“F5 Farm,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), all purchases, bookings, admissions, event tickets, and merchandise sales are subject to the following Returns & Refunds Policy. By purchasing from our website, booking an experience, or attending our farm, you agree to these terms.

Required Waivers

For any activity requiring a waiver, all required waivers must be fully completed and submitted no later than 24 hours prior to admission to the farm.

Failure to submit required waivers by the required deadline may result in denial of entry or participation, cancellation of the booking or activity, and forfeiture of any payment made, including any right to refund, reschedule, or store credit, except where required by law.

Private Experience Bookings

All private experience bookings are subject to a 20% nonrefundable booking fee.

If a guest cancels a private experience more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, F5 Farm may, at its discretion, offer a reschedule or store credit for the amount paid, less the 20% nonrefundable booking fee. Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued if required by law or expressly approved by F5 Farm.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are nonrefundable.

At F5 Farm’s discretion, a guest may be permitted to reschedule a private experience up to two (2) times. After two reschedules, the booking may be considered forfeited, and no further refund, store credit, or rescheduling will be available.

If F5 Farm determines that severe weather, unsafe farm conditions, animal welfare concerns, or other safety concerns require rescheduling, F5 Farm may offer a rescheduled date or store credit. A farm-initiated reschedule for these reasons will not count toward the guest’s two-reschedule limit.

Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are final. Event tickets are nonrefundable.

No refunds will be issued for inability to attend, change of plans, no-shows, late arrivals, unsigned waivers, failure to comply with event instructions, or removal for violation of farm rules or policies.

If F5 Farm must reschedule, postpone, modify, or cancel an event due to weather, safety concerns, animal welfare, staffing issues, emergency, low attendance, or other operational reasons, F5 Farm may provide, at its sole discretion, one of the following remedies:

  • transfer to another date or session,

  • rescheduling to a future event, or

  • store credit.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued where required by law or where F5 Farm chooses to issue one in its sole discretion.

F5 Farm Right to Cancel, Refuse, or Remove

F5 Farm reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, refuse admission, or remove any person from the premises or from participation in any activity or event for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • emergency situations,

  • severe weather or unsafe property conditions,

  • animal welfare or safety concerns,

  • failure to follow farm rules or staff instructions,

  • disruptive, threatening, abusive, intoxicated, or otherwise unwelcome behavior,

  • failure to timely sign or submit required waivers,

  • violation of waiver terms, or

  • any conduct that F5 Farm believes creates a safety, legal, operational, or liability risk.

If a guest is denied entry or removed due to misconduct, rule violations, unsigned waivers, late paperwork, or violation of waiver terms, no refund, reschedule, or store credit will be provided.

Farm Admission and Rule Violations

Admission to F5 Farm is conditioned on compliance with all posted rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, waiver terms, and animal interaction rules.

Any violation may result in refusal of entry or immediate removal from the property without refund, store credit, or reschedule.

Working Farm Conditions

F5 Farm is a working farm. Guests understand and accept that weather, mud, insects, animal odors, uneven ground, dust, noise, manure, and normal animal behavior are ordinary conditions of the farm environment and are not grounds for refund, credit, complaint, or cancellation.

Merchandise Returns and Exchanges

Only eligible non-food merchandise may be returned or exchanged.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • be returned or reported within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup,

  • be unused, unworn, and in original condition,

  • include original tags and packaging where applicable, and

  • be accompanied by proof of purchase.

F5 Farm reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and deny any return or exchange that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless required by law:

  • food items,

  • perishable goods,

  • farm products intended for consumption,

  • animal treats,

  • feed products,

  • consumable products,

  • event tickets,

  • booking fees,

  • digital products or downloadable items,

  • custom, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order items,

  • sale, clearance, or discounted items unless defective, and

  • used, worn, washed, or damaged merchandise not caused by F5 Farm.

Sizing and Product Selection

F5 Farm is not responsible for customer errors in selecting size, color, style, quantity, or product type. Incorrect customer selection does not guarantee a return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact F5 Farm within 5 calendar days of delivery or pickup and provide your order information and photos of the issue if requested.

If the issue is verified, F5 Farm may, in its sole discretion, replace the item, exchange the item, issue store credit, or issue a refund. F5 Farm may require return of the item before any replacement, exchange, credit, or refund is issued.

Return Shipping

Unless a return is approved due to verified defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error by F5 Farm, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, booking fees, payment processing fees, and similar charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.

Store Credit

Where F5 Farm approves store credit, the credit may be issued in place of a refund and may be used toward eligible future purchases, experiences, or events as determined by F5 Farm.

Store credit must be used within 12 months of the date of issue unless otherwise required by law. Expired store credit will not be reissued, refunded, or extended except where required by law.

Refund and Credit Processing

Where F5 Farm approves a refund, credit, replacement, exchange, transfer, or reschedule, the form of remedy will be determined by F5 Farm unless otherwise required by law.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact F5 Farm first to attempt resolution of any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not cancel a customer’s obligations under this policy, any signed waiver, or any farm rules, and F5 Farm reserves all rights to contest improper chargebacks or disputes.
